New Club Structure

Herstmonceux FC have today unveiled the new operational structure which will underpin the day-to-day running of the Club. Much of the hierarchy is self explanatory, but two new posts have been introduced.

Director of Football - Ryan Reid

Club Liaison Officer - Sara York

Ryan will be responsible for all footballing matters, and his role will incorporate that of 1st Team Manager. He has significant playing experience at County level, and is no stranger to the Club, following his previous spell as Caretaker Manager towards the end of last season. Ryan also brings a wealth of coaching skill to the Club, and will be running weekly training at Summerdown Road from this Wednesday onwards.

Ryan has taken up post with immediate effect and all queries regarding football should be directed to him.

Sara, is already part of the Management Committee where she has fulfilled the role of Fixtures Secretary since September. Her new duties will include liaison with the ESFL and Sussex FA, where she will be the focal point for dissemination of information both from and to the Club, on issues as wide-ranging as Club Mark Status to pending DBS checks. Sara will also be looking at how we can bring our Club Constitution up to date, and will be responsible for ensuring that this Constitution, once amended, is available for all players to read on the website.
